A group of us got on a minibus taxi to go somewhere, but the driver lost control of the bus. We ended up stuck at a place I didn’t recognize. When we were finally ready to head home, the news reported that the minibus driver had drowned. Strangely, though, they had found his body on the road.
I really wanted to get us all back home, but two of the passengers wanted to go in a different direction and didn't want to take me. I convinced them to take me by offering to pay a third of the fare, and they agreed. Soon, the others who were on the minibus before got back on too. While we were driving back, the driver stopped to buy something, and the minibus started moving on its own. I took over the driving, but the minibus was tough to control. I'd turn left and the bus would go right.
We ended up stopping next to a building with a construction site beside it. The workers on the site had lots of wood. For some reason we had scrap wood in the taxi, so we started to dump it there, even though it was really splintery and hard to handle. One of the workers didn't like our dumping wood there and sprayed me in the face with a high-pressure water hose. I couldn't breathe, so I grabbed the hose from him and sprayed him back, telling him that spraying someone could drown them. That's when I thought about the taxi driver who had drowned. I was telling the worker about it when I realized I was lagging behind the others who went into the building. A passenger who was with me entered the building to find a bathroom. I had a bad feeling and hurried to catch up with the group, determined to stay with them. The man with the hose kept following me.
